IDL Coach I
– Videoconference: two hours twice a month, three months
– Texts: Life Compass; Escaping the Drama Triangle in the Three Realms; Interviewing Techniques
– Email responses to questions regarding each chapter
– Homework: Interviewing self and others using the single interview format; ongoing email mutual coaching with student partner

IDL Coach II (Pre-requisite: IDL Coach I)
– Videoconference: two hours twice a month, three months
– Texts: Dream Sociometry; Understanding the Dream Sociogram

– Homework: Interviewing self and others using both single interview and Dream Sociometric formats

IDL Practitioner (Pre-requisites: IDL Coach I&II)
– Videoconference: two hours twice a month, six months
– Practice and teaching of an integral life practice with the following elements:
Escaping drama in relationships, thinking, and dreaming
Escaping emotional, logical, and perceptual cognitive distortions and cognitive biases
Goal setting and script writing in conjunction with life compass priorities
Setting intent
Pranayama
Meditation
Dream service via Dream Sociodrama
– Teaching of the above to some population (children, geriatrics, survivors of trauma, phobics, etc.)
– Texts: Waking Up, IDL Statement of Intent, Seven Octaves of Enlightenment: IDL Pranayama
– Email responses to questions regarding each chapter; ongoing email mutual coaching with student partner
– Homework: Interviewing self and others using both single interview and Dream Sociometric formats

Specialized work with Dream Sociometry, with self and others, arranged in consultation with staff.

IDL Researcher (Pre-requisite: IDL Coach I)
- Videoconference: To be determined by the nature of the research
- Work as a co-author in the conducting of research with IDL
- Identify a target population and co-authors
- Develop research proposal
- Conduct research
- Write up research
- Submit research for publication
