What You Can Expect from IDL
- Safe, confidential container for deep work
- Regular instruction, worksheets, and guided practices
- Consistent scheduling and clear communication
- Ethical guidance and appropriate referrals
- Transparent fees and refund policies
What We Ask of You
- Protect confidentiality and do not share identifying material without permission
- Bring curiosity, humility, and a willingness to practice
- Attend 1–2 hours/week of group sessions and 60–90 minutes/week of practice (recommended)
- Complete one IDL interview every 1–2 weeks (practice)
- Pay fees on time or discuss a sliding scale if needed
- Recognize IDL is educational, not clinical — seek professional help if needed
What IDL Does Not Provide
- No guarantee of healing or enlightenment
- No 24/7 crisis support
- No single doctrinal truth — IDL is a practice for discernment
