• Regular instruction, worksheets, and guided practices

What We Ask of You

• Protect confidentiality and do not share identifying material without permission
• Bring curiosity, humility, and a willingness to practice
• Attend 1–2 hours/week of group sessions and 60–90 minutes/week of practice (recommended)
• Complete one IDL interview every 1–2 weeks (practice)
• Pay fees on time or discuss a sliding scale if needed
• Recognize IDL is educational, not clinical — seek professional help if needed

What IDL Does Not Provide

• No guarantee of healing or enlightenment
• No 24/7 crisis support
• No single doctrinal truth — IDL is a practice for discernment
