Integral Shadow 3-2-1 Process

The 3-2-1 Process is a “gold star practice” in the Shadow module of Ken Wilber’s Integral Life Practice.  Wilber would most likely view IDL as a variety of the 3-2-1 process, in which he would also include “Big Mind” and Voice Dialogue.
